LEAD COACH
Coaching has always been huge for me and massively helped me throughout my career. I will always remember the coaches that help me development and I was able to form life long friendships with.
It feels only natural to create the opportunity to give back to the youth of today, using the lessons I've learnt from my experience. I have a passion for supporting others to pursue their dreams and goals no matter their ability or background, knowing that the right attitude and application can take you anywhere.
However, above all, I get the most joy out of working with children who have never played or experienced Rugby before, as they embark on the journey, as I once did.
Having attended Brighton College and played my early rugby at Hove its great to offer something back to the local community.

LEAD COACH

After finishing my early school years at Dorothy Stringer and Varndean College I went on to study at Loughborough University. Having played and coached within the Performance Rugby Programme at Loughborough I was fortunate to go on and play rugby to a high level.

Having always partnered my career with coaching and rugby development I have been lucky enough to have worked & coached at Loughborough University, Harrow School, Ealing Trailfinders and now working as Rugby Development and performance manager at Hurstpierpoint College, its great being back in Sussex where I'm from and started my own rugby journey.

Playing for clubs such as Haywards Heath, Loughborough Students, Birmingham & Solihull & Henley Hawks I have encountered many coaches and many styles of coaching, all the time gathering knowledge and inspiration from a variety of coaches and fellow players.

Always looking to develop personally and professionally I am currently undertaking my Level 3 coaching badge.

Hurstpierpoint College was a huge stepping stone for me becoming a professional rugby player and achieving what I have achieved. It feels surreal but seems only fitting to be back where I started helping those at the beginning of their journey.

Having played rugby for England Saxons, England 7s, Saracens, Northampton and most recently Newcastle I have been able to gather a priceless and invaluable amount of experience from different clubs, coaches, cultures that have shaped me personally to this day. Its now a pleasure to pass on some of this knowledge.

Having come back to the sussex and the college recently I was hugely impressed with how much the facilities have improved, the new performance gym, the rugby pitches and could only of wished to of been able to use these when I was a school boy.
